Mariachi Ortega is a group of ten dedicated musicians that perform in the San Francisco bay area. The complete Mariachi features two trumpets, four violins, two guitars, one guitaron, and one vihuela. However, for your convenience, the Mariachi is also available in smaller configurations to accommodate your space and budget. Regardless the configuration, our selection on  instruments ensures the group has a full, traditional sound.

Mariachi Ortega was originally founded in 1974 with three members. For over 20 years, The group has known for its elegant style of boleros and energetic cumbias, rancheras, polkas, and sones.

Today, the group is managed by Enrique “Henry” Ortega. The group continues to receive accolades and praise from clients, event planners, wedding coordinators and other industry professionals. Originally founded with only three members, the group has grown in size and professional ability over the years. Mariachi Ortega continues to perform for private and public events such as fundraisers, weddings, reunions, birthdays, holiday parties, masses, and corporate events. As a group they have played for the general public, politicians, and
