The Thomas Penn Affair is fronted by the award winning & former-Atlantic recording artist Thomas Penn & the beautiful and elegant Emma Black. Thomas & Emma have been entertaining at private and corporate functions for more than 20 years collectively, and their band is comprised of top notch musicians from around the Bay Area including Lorenzo Hawkins, Peter Frankel, Dave Nuss, Troy Lampkin and Bob Chandler.
